XPERTECHS recently assisted long-time customer, The Law Offices of Peter G. Angelos (Law PGA) in negotiating a new WAN and VoIP agreement with Fusion. The new WAN and VoIP infrastructure will replace an aging NBX system that had reached end-of-life.

The Law Offices of Peter G. Angelos realized it was time to upgrade their current system and reached out to XPERTECHS to act as their vCIO during the entire process. XPERTECHS created a thorough RFP and sent to multiple VoIP vendors for the opportunity to bid on the project. XPERTECHS assisted Law PGA in scheduling interviews with the vendors competing for the project, and also reviewed their proposals and consulted with LawPGA on the best options based on the products proposed and cost. In the end, Fusion was selected to upgrade the WAN and VoIP system.
