Competition for a place on the list was higher compared to previous years because of a record number of applicants. MSPs that qualified passed a rigorous evaluation of their organizational performance based on annual sales, recurring revenue, profit margins, revenue mix, growth opportunities, innovation, technology solutions supported, and company and customer demographics.

The list ranks applicants using a unique methodology that weighs financial performance according to long-term health and viability, commitment to recurring revenue and operational efficiency. Of all the data that was submitted, it’s not surprising that security was one of the biggest areas of growth for MSP’s around the globe.
