On Wednesday, July 11th the XPERTECHS Support Desk reached a major milestone… 10,000 positive user feedback ratings from users!
Since August of 2015 XPERTECHS has been sending customer satisfaction surveys to users after their support tickets are closed. The goal of the survey is to make sure XPERTECHS is delivering world-class customer and IT support, and examine where certain areas may need attention.
“I am very proud of our team and the tremendous service they provider daily to our customers. We take pride in our world-class support and believe that focus in providing not only excellent technical support, but also customer service, is what separates us from other managed IT providers,” said Mike Mellott, VP of Managed Services.
Now that 10,000 has been reached XPERTECHS is setting their eyes on 15,000 We hope to have an update in the near future on reaching another incredible feat!
