On Wednesday, July 11^th the XPERTECHS Support Desk reached a major milestone… 10,000 positive user feedback ratings from users!

Since August of 2015 XPERTECHS has been sending customer satisfaction surveys to users after their support tickets are closed. The goal of the survey is to make sure XPERTECHS is delivering world-class customer and IT support, and examine where certain areas may need attention.

Now that 10,000 has been reached XPERTECHS is setting their eyes on 15,000 We hope to have an update in the near future on reaching another incredible feat!
